Kuala Lumpur, 29 September 2016: Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company on 22 January 2016.
The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Board has on 28 September 2016 resolved to dissolve the Investigation Committee with effect from 28 September 2016.
The Investigation Committee was established on 22 January 2016 for the purpose of assisting the Board to investigate the bank accounts maintained with foreign bank located outside Malaysia. Following the appointment of Ferrier Hodgson MH Sdn. Bhd. (“FHMH”) as the Special Auditors and the adoption of the Special Audit Report dated 30 June 2016 from FHMH, the Investigation Committee has deemed to complete its objective as per its Terms of Reference.
