19 May 2017 – The Board of Nexgram wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Nexgram Land Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “NLSB”) has today entered into a Joint Development Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “JDA”) with ChinaAsian Capital Holding Ltd (Company No. 164803), a company duly incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles and having its business address at Unit No. 5-G-2, D’Vida, Jalan U8/100, Seksyen U8, Bukit Jelutong, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan (hereinafter referred to as “CACH”) to undertake a joint development for a Mixed Commercial Development provisionally known as “Angkasa Icon City” (hereinafter called the “Project”) on a land more particularly described as P58-H.S. (D) 28897 PT 42830, Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan (hereinafter referred to as “the Land”) that is owned by Nextnation Datacity Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 984681-V) (hereinafter referred to as “NDSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
