5 June 2017 – Further to the Company’s announcement dated 25 May 2017, the Board of Directors of Nexgram wishes to announce that the Company has received the sealed Writ of Summons dated 14 April 2017 (“the Writ”) and Statement of Claim of RM4.2 million (“the Claim”)on 1 June 2017.
Details of the Writ and Claim re contained in the attachment.
